Flexibility is needed within construction type jobs due to uncertainty in weather, labor, and material availability. Adaptability is key in production continuation.Thus, being able to adapt to sudden changes is needed within working this type of job.

Showing up to work on time and expressing effort and a positive attitude in our work environment illustrates reliability. This is beneficial to both the employees and the bosses within the company to further work production.

Work Schedule
Our company offers both full-time and part-time work positions from Monday through Saturday. Our hours typically range from about 7:30 am to 6 pm. During later spring, summer and early fall, our work hours depend on weather (for exterior jobs) so summer working hours can go longer than average work hours.
